Data Processing Agreement
Effective Date: 10 September 2026
If we process personal data on your behalf, the law requires a written contract between us before that processing starts. This page is where you get one, signed by both sides, in a few minutes.

What a DPA is
A Data Processing Agreement is the contract that lets you hand us personal data — your customers, your prospects, your enquiries — and have us work with it lawfully on your instruction.
You stay the controller: it is your data, and you decide what happens to it. We are the processor: we act on your instructions and nothing else. The DPA is what puts that in writing, and Article 28 of the GDPR requires it before any processing begins.
If your business is regulated — a mortgage broker, a lender, an estate agency — your own regulator also requires you to have this in place with any vendor holding your customer information. It is not optional at your end either.
What is in it
- All eight duties Article 28(3) requires, none of them narrowed
- A 24-hour commitment to notify you of a personal data breach — tighter than the law asks, so you keep most of your own 72-hour clock
- The full list of sub-processors, and written notice before that list changes
- Your right to audit, and the documentation we hand over first
- The Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA and the UK, with the UK Addendum and the Swiss position
- A description of exactly what we process, why, and for how long
How to get a signed copy
- Click the button above
It opens our signing form in a new tab. - Fill in your side
Your legal entity name, registered address, company number and the name and title of whoever is authorised to sign for you. - Sign it

The countersigned PDF arrives by email, signed by both parties. Keep it with your own records — it is your contract as much as ours.
Before you sign
The agreement is on our standard terms and they are the same for every client. If your legal team needs changes, email privacy@levelpartner.ai before you sign rather than after.
If you want to read the whole thing first, or you need our security programme, records of processing or impact assessment for a vendor assessment, email privacy@levelpartner.ai and we will send them.
