AI back office

The all-in-one CRM with AI and automation built in

Replace a stack of separate tools with one all-in-one CRM: contacts, pipelines, automation, AI voice and chat agents, funnels, booking and reviews on a single record. Quotes, contracts and invoices sit on the same record, so sales and the back office stop keeping two versions of every customer.

The problem

Your customer lives in eight tools and none of them agree

Growth has stalled, and the systems behind it have grown by accident. A CRM for sales, another tool for email, another for booking, a phone system, a review tool, a website builder, a quoting tool and a set of connectors holding it all together. Each one has a login, an invoice and its own copy of the customer.

An all-in-one CRM puts every one of those jobs on one contact record. When a lead books, replies, signs, pays or goes quiet, every part of the business sees it at once, and the report at the end of the week is the same report everyone works from.

Data copied by hand

The same customer is re-keyed between tools, and every copy drifts further from the truth.

Subscriptions keep adding up

Each new need becomes another tool, another seat price and another thing to connect.

Connectors break quietly

An automation between two tools fails on a Friday and nobody notices until the leads are cold.

No single view of revenue

Without one record from ad click to invoice, nobody can say which spend produced which customer.

Jobs that share one customer record

Every job reads from the same customer record.

What it replaces

Eight subscriptions become one record

Most companies we speak to pay for a separate tool for each job below. Each one holds a copy of the same customer, and none of them agree. This is what moves onto the platform.

What happens to a lead

A pipeline that stays clean as a side effect of the work

One example of what one record makes possible: every change on a deal or contact keeps the CRM accurate and the weekly report honest, without a Friday clean-up.

The price of doing nothing

What your current stack costs against one licence

Put in what you pay each month for the tools above. The comparison is your own arithmetic: today's stack against the licence plus usage.

Your current tools, monthly cost
Our prices are set in euros. GBP, USD and SEK use the ECB reference rate of 16 October 2026.

Fixed in the calculation

  • Platform licence a year: €7,512
  • Email: €0.0009 per email
  • SMS: €0.010 per SMS
  • Calls: €0.022 per minute

Based on the figures you entered

Current tools, a year€9,600
Licence plus usage, a year€7,740
Difference a year (zero means the licence costs the same or more)€1,860

This is your own arithmetic on the figures you entered, not a result levelpartner.ai has produced for anyone.

How this is calculated

current = sum of monthly tool costs × 12

platform = €7,512 licence + (emails × €0.0009 + SMS × €0.010 + minutes × €0.022) × 12

difference = current − platform

Tool prices are yours, in the currency you pick; our euro prices are converted to it so the two compare directly. Implementation beyond the 30 included hours is separate; see the migration calculator on the CRM implementation page.

Worked example. Eight tools at 100 a month each cost 9,600 a year. The licence plus 10,000 emails and 1,000 SMS a month comes to about 7,730, so the stack costs roughly 1,870 more a year.

What it does

An all-in-one CRM with AI and automation in every part

Capabilities that normally come from separate CRM software and add-ons, sharing one contact record and one login per person, with unlimited users.

CRM and smart pipelines

Customer relationship management that keeps itself current. Pipelines update automatically based on client behaviour: a booked meeting, an accepted estimate or a paid invoice moves the deal without anyone dragging a card.

How pipelines work

Contacts, companies and your own record types

Contacts carry custom fields, tags, notes, tasks and their first and latest source. Link people to a company, and add custom objects for the things your business tracks that are not people, each with its own fields and workflows.

Smart lists and clean data

Saved lists filter on any field with and/or rules and drive bulk actions: tag, message, enrol in a workflow or export. Duplicate rules keep one record per email or phone, and duplicates that slip through are merged into one master record.

AI agents on voice and text

Voice and text agents qualify leads and book appointments 24/7, then write what they learned to the contact. The AI CRM is the record; the agents do the first conversation.

AI agents for chat and SMS

Marketing across email, SMS and WhatsApp

Omnichannel campaigns from the same record, so a contact who replied on WhatsApp is not sent the email that asks them to reply.

Website, funnels and booking

Fast funnels, landing pages and blogs built into the platform, on your domain, with every form writing straight to the CRM. Multi-calendar booking with routing and round-robin scheduling sends meetings to the right person.

Reputation, reporting and integrations

Automated review requests and AI-drafted responses. Attribution from ad click to closed revenue. Connections to your payment provider and accounting software, so finance sees the same numbers.

One contact, one record
  1. Source Paid search, retainer campaign
  2. Stage Meeting booked, Tuesday 10:00
  3. Messages Email, SMS and chat in one thread
  4. Estimate Accepted, invoice drafted
  5. Review Request scheduled after the deal is won
CRM and ERP

The back-office jobs it does, from quote to cash

People search for a CRM with ERP because they want quotes, contracts, invoices and customers in one place. For a service business that is most of the back office, and here each job reads the same record.

Invoices, payment links and recurring billing

One-off and recurring invoices created from the deal, paid by card on file or a payment link sent by text and email, through your connected payment provider. A paid invoice can mark the deal won and start onboarding.

Estimates that turn into invoices

Prices are set once in a products and services list. Build an estimate from it, send it from the deal and convert it to an invoice once the client accepts online.

Contracts signed online

Proposal and contract templates fill from the contact and the deal, and the signed document lands on the record.

Tasks and hand-offs

A won deal creates the onboarding tasks, assigns an owner and sets the due dates, so delivery does not wait for an email.

Your own record types

Custom objects track properties, policies, projects or anything else that is not a person or a deal, linked to the records they belong to.

Where the line sits

What stays in your accounting software

It is not a full ERP, and it is worth knowing where the line sits before you choose. Two kinds of job stay outside the platform.

General ledger, VAT returns and payroll

These stay in your accounting software. The platform connects to it, so invoices and payments raised here reach the books without being typed in twice.

Stock control, purchasing and manufacturing

If you hold inventory or run production, you need a dedicated ERP beside the CRM. The platform handles the customer side and keeps the customer side: quotes, contracts, invoices and payments.

Before and after

Before and after one all-in-one CRM

A stack of separate tools

  • The same customer in four or five places
  • A subscription and a login for every job
  • Connectors that fail without telling anyone
  • Reports built by hand from exports

One platform, one record

  • One contact record every feature reads and writes
  • One licence, unlimited users and contacts
  • Automation that runs on the record itself
  • Reporting from source to revenue, always current

The work does not change. Where it is recorded does, and that is what makes the automation and the reporting reliable.

What it costs

€7,512 a year is the licence. Implementation is separate.

The licence is €7,512 a year, with every feature available and no tiers, unlimited users and contacts, and 30 hours of onboarding included. Implementation beyond those hours is €85 an hour, and custom builds are quoted separately, to scope. Both are agreed in writing before any work starts.

A typical full build, where the whole stack moves across, lands at 30 to 60 hours. The first 30 are already in the licence. Usage is billed as used, at the rates shown above.

Implementation

How the move happens, in four stages

We set it up with you. Most companies are live in two to four weeks.

  1. Foundation

Your data and domains moved across and your users added, with duplicate rules and custom fields agreed first.

  2. Automation

Your existing automations rebuilt natively on the platform, so nothing depends on a connector between tools.

  3. Website and funnels

Your website and funnels moved onto the builder, with every form writing to the CRM from the first day.

  4. Handover

Your team trained on real work and your old subscriptions switched off once the new record is trusted.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

What does an all-in-one CRM include?

Contacts and pipelines, a unified inbox, email, SMS and WhatsApp, booking calendars, workflows, AI voice and chat agents, funnels and websites, forms, estimates, contracts, invoices and payments, reviews and reporting. Every feature reads and writes the same contact record, so nothing needs a connector to stay in step.

How much does the CRM cost?

The licence is €7,512 a year, which works out at €626 a month, with every feature available, unlimited users and contacts and 30 hours of onboarding. Implementation beyond the included hours is €85 an hour and custom builds are quoted separately. Usage such as email and SMS is billed as used at the published rates.

Is it a CRM with ERP?

For a service business it covers the ERP jobs that touch the customer: products, estimates, contracts, invoices, recurring billing, tasks and your own record types. It does not keep a general ledger, run payroll or manage stock. Those stay in accounting software, which the platform connects to.

What does implementation involve?

We set it up with you in four stages: your data and domains moved across and your users added; your existing automations rebuilt natively on the platform; your website and funnels moved onto the builder; then your team trained and your old subscriptions switched off. Most companies are live in two to four weeks.

How many hours does a full build take?

A typical full build lands at 30 to 60 hours, depending on how many tools you are moving off and how much data comes with them. The first 30 hours are included in the licence, and anything beyond is scoped and approved before it is billed.

How do we stop duplicates coming across in the migration?

Decide the matching rule first: one record per email address, per phone number, or both in an order you choose. Imports then update existing contacts rather than creating copies, and anything that still doubles up can be merged into one master record. Merges are permanent, so they are checked before they run.

Is this the best CRM for a small business?

It is built for established companies with 10 to 250 staff whose growth has stalled, not for a team of three. If one CRM for sales, marketing, service and billing would replace several subscriptions you pay for today, it is likely to be a good fit. If you only need a contact list, it is more than you need.

Can we keep our current CRM?

Yes, the platform can run alongside it. Most companies choose to consolidate because one record per customer is what makes the automation and the reporting reliable. If you want to compare first, see the CRM comparison.
