Christian Olsson. levelpartner.ai is a trading name of JSMN EQT LLC, which was founded in 2020; the levelpartner.ai brand launched in 2024.

JSMN EQT LLC, which trades as levelpartner.ai, is registered in Flemington, New Jersey, in the United States. We work with companies across English-speaking markets, including the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland, in English.
Who is on the core team?
Christian Olsson founded and leads the company. We do not publish a team roster. What matters to you is simpler: we set the platform up with you, train your people on it, and stay available after launch, with a 30-day check-in included in the licence.

Lp Growth Plans are for B2C service providers whose order value is over €500 per client. Essentials, at €297 a month, covers a site built to rank, your Google profile, local SEO, booking, follow-up and review requests. Performance adds campaigns we run and calls we answer and close, for 15% of the revenue from the jobs we bring. Details are on the Lp Growth Plans page.
What is included in the AI operating system offer?
One platform licence at €7,512 a year, the equivalent of €626 a month. It includes:
- Every platform function available, with no higher tier to climb
- Unlimited users and unlimited contacts, with no per-seat fee
- 30 hours of onboarding and training, plus a 30-day check-in after launch
- Usage such as email, SMS and calls, billed as used
Implementation beyond the included hours is €85 an hour, scoped and approved before any hours are billed. Custom builds, including multi-agent AI systems and integrations with other tools, are quoted to scope. See pricing for the full breakdown.
What do Lp Growth Plans cost?
Essentials is €297 a month, billed monthly, and you keep 100% of every job. Performance is 15% of the revenue from the jobs we bring, and you keep 85%. On Performance you fund the ad budget. There is no minimum term. See the Lp Growth Plans page.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The licence covers the platform. Usage is charged as used, with no minimum, and only if you use it:
- Email: €0.0009 per email (€0.90 per 1,000)
- SMS: from €0.010 per message segment, by country
- Calls: from €0.022 a minute outbound, €0.016 inbound, by country
- Phone numbers: from €1.53 per number a month, by country
- WhatsApp Business: €30.00 a month, plus from €0.0048 per message
- Voice AI: from €0.080 a minute, plus model tokens and call minutes
- AI content: €0.13 per 1,000 words, €0.084 per image
- AI chat replies: from €0.33 per million tokens read, €2.67 per million written
- Premium workflow steps (webhooks and other premium triggers and actions): €0.013 per run, the first 100 runs free
- Local listings sync: €53.32 a month per location
US business texting needs a one-off carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), from €29.99. Every rate, by country, is on the usage page.
What is the guarantee and refund policy?
We do not sell a performance guarantee. You get a fixed licence price, onboarding hours that are written down, and any extra work scoped and approved before it is billed. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the terms of service. Lp Growth Plans have their own terms, with no minimum term and 30 days' notice, on the Lp Growth Plans page.
How does the affiliate programme work, and what does the affiliate toolkit cost?
The affiliate account on the platform is free: €0 a year, the full platform, for as long as you are active as an affiliate. It is not a trial and not a stripped demo. Usage is billed as used. Joining the affiliate programme costs €17 one time. There is no monthly toolkit fee.
- 30% recurring commission on every licence you sell, for as long as that account stays active. On the €7,512 licence that is €2,253.60 per client per year.
- 5% recurring on licences sold by affiliates you recruit, on the same terms.

Lp Growth Plans
Who are Lp Growth Plans for?
B2C service providers whose order value is over €500 per client: businesses that sell a service to private customers and want more of them to find, book and return. The platform licence remains the offer for established companies with 10 to 250 employees.
Who runs the ads and answers the phone?
On Essentials you run the ads. On Performance we run and optimise the campaigns and answer the phone and close, and you fund the ad budget, capped at the capacity you can take on.
Who owns the ad accounts and the customers?
We own the ad accounts and the creative. You own the customers you book.
What results should I expect?
We do not publish expected booking rates. They depend on your offer, your area and how consistently the campaigns run, and a number that is true for one business is misleading for the next. If you want to see what your own rates are worth, run them through the ROI calculator.
The AI operating system
What does the levelpartner.ai AI operating system replace?
A typical migration consolidates your website host, email marketing tool, CRM, sales pipeline, form builder, e-signature provider, automation platform and standalone phone system into one environment with one contact record. You pay one licence instead of a set of per-seat subscriptions. Every feature is available on that licence, with no tiers; usage is billed as used.
What is the Apex AI Suite?
Apex is our name for multi-agent AI systems: a custom set of agents where one agent routes each task to specialist agents trained on your business information. Typical uses are sales coaching, content production, lead enrichment, customer support, recruiting, document analysis, voice agents and video personalisation. Apex is a custom build, quoted to scope, and is not part of the standard licence.
Can levelpartner.ai build my website?
Yes. Websites and funnels are built on the platform itself, so they share the contact record with everything else:
- Lightweight pages designed to load fast on mobile
- Forms, chat and booking connected to the CRM, with no plugins
- Technical SEO basics built in: titles, descriptions, sitemaps and clean URLs

Does the platform handle AI chatbots and voice agents?
Yes, and they qualify leads rather than just answer them. The chat agents and voice agents answer inbound calls and messages around the clock, qualify on the questions that matter to you (budget or purchase price, location, urgency) and book straight into the right adviser's calendar. What is the AutoStack marketplace?
AutoStack is a separate marketplace of ready-made automation templates, run outside this site and outside the platform licence. Nothing on the platform depends on it. If you want an automation built for your own business, onboarding covers it, and anything beyond the included hours is scoped and quoted first.

We do not publish average results, because your return depends on your volumes, your rates and your prices. What does AI operating system onboarding look like?
Most clients go live in two to four weeks. The licence includes 30 hours of onboarding and a 30-day check-in after launch. We set it up with you, in this order:

If your build needs more than the included hours, the extra work is €85 an hour, scoped and approved before it starts.
How is meeting and call data captured?
Every client call can be recorded, transcribed, summarised and attached to the matching contact and opportunity in your CRM. Action items become tasks, and AI sales-coaching analysis runs against your pitch script, automatically.
Compliance and technical
How does levelpartner.ai handle data privacy?
Forms capture consent in a way aligned with GDPR and CCPA: explicit checkbox opt-ins, consent recorded on the contact, and compliant embedded forms. How we handle your own data is in the privacy policy and on the security page.
What email deliverability setup is required?
DKIM, SPF and DMARC on a sending subdomain, a warm-up period for a new domain, unsubscribe links on every marketing email, and a verified sender. All of it is set up during onboarding.
What about international numbers and routing?
Any country's number can be forwarded into your platform IVR. A common pattern: a local number in your country forwards to your platform number, the AI voice agent answers, and the caller is booked into a calendar. Business texting registration and carrier approvals are handled in onboarding.
