One inbox for every channel
A CRM omnichannel inbox puts every text, DM, email, web chat, call and voicemail your business receives in one place, with one thread per customer, one team view and one mobile app. Nobody switches between five apps to answer "how much does this cost?" again.
Every channel in one inbox. No message left waiting.

You have five tabs open just to reply to customers
An Instagram DM gets a reply from your phone. A WhatsApp from a current client gets a reply on the web. An email from a hot prospect waits in a personal mailbox. A missed call means listening to a voicemail and texting back. A Messenger ping at 9pm means opening the laptop again.
Half the day goes on switching between apps, and half the team cannot see who is already talking to which customer. A buyer who messaged you on Instagram yesterday emails today, and a colleague replies as if they were a brand new lead. You do not have a communication problem. You have a tab problem, and it is costing you enquiries you already paid to win.
Messages get forgotten between apps
The more apps a team uses, the more messages fall into the gap between them.
Replies are slow
A message seen on one device and meant to be answered on another waits until somebody remembers it.
Two people reply to the same customer
Duplicate replies quietly tell the customer you are not organised.
Context is missing
Without the history next to the message, the customer is asked to repeat themselves.

What unanswered messages cost you
Messages that never get a reply, or get one too late to become a conversation, are revenue you already paid to attract. Put in your own figures.
Based on the figures you entered
This is your own arithmetic on the figures you entered, not a result levelpartner.ai has produced for anyone.
How this is calculated
value of a booked meeting = your close rate × first-year value
low estimate: enquiries with no reply × your conversation rate × your booking rate × value of a meeting
high estimate: the low estimate + enquiries replied to without a conversation × your booking rate × value of a meeting
The low figure counts only enquiries nobody replied to. The high figure adds enquiries that got a reply but never became a conversation. Not every one of them was winnable.
Worked example. 100 enquiries, 80% replied to, 60% of those reach a conversation, 40% of conversations book, 25% of meetings close at 5,000: 20 enquiries get no reply and 32 never reach a conversation, roughly 6,000 to 22,000 of first-year revenue at stake each month.
An omnichannel communication platform on the same record as your CRM
Every inbound and outbound conversation sits in one organised view, one thread per customer, however many channels they use. A customer who texts on Monday, emails on Tuesday and sends a DM on Wednesday is one continuous conversation, with every previous reply and every CRM detail beside it.
Every channel in one inbox
Two-way SMS, WhatsApp Business with media, group threads and voice messages, Facebook Messenger, Instagram direct messages, story mentions and comment replies, your website chat widget, and email from Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP inbox, threaded properly. Make, receive, record and transcribe phone calls inside the inbox. Voicemails become text threads you can answer like any other message, and call transcripts open beside the contact.
A shared inbox your team actually uses
Conversation assignment gives each thread an owner by channel, tag or workload. My inbox shows a person their own threads; the team inbox shows everything to those allowed to see it. Internal notes, written as internal comments, sit inside the thread where the customer never sees them. Mention a colleague with @ and they are notified. Assignment and comments make it clear who has a thread, so two people do not answer the same message.
Snippets, saved replies and templates
Type a slash command such as /quote and a saved reply drops in. Templates take personalisation fields such as first name and appointment time, and snippets can be shared with the team or kept personal. Email signatures carry across every reply.
Filters, views and search
Filters by channel, tag, owner and date combine with and/or rules and save as views. Search across everything finds any message, contact or deal from one shortcut.
Customer context beside every message
Every conversation opens with a side panel: the full contact profile and history, every previous conversation across every channel, active deals, quotes and bookings, invoices and payments, tags, custom fields and lifecycle stage, documents, and calendar availability for instant booking. Bookings made inside a conversation go straight into Google Calendar, Outlook or any CalDAV calendar, checked against real-time availability first.
Reply from desktop or the mobile app
The inbox runs on desktop and in a full mobile app for iOS and Android. Start a reply on your phone and finish it on your laptop; the draft follows you, and offline drafts are kept. Push notifications come with filters, so you are not alerted about threads a colleague has already handled. Auto-translation shows an inbound message in your team's language and keeps the original on file.

What a CRM omnichannel set-up involves
Connecting channels is the quick part. The rules about who answers what take longer, and they are what make the inbox work.
Connect every channel
Your business number, WhatsApp Business, Facebook and Instagram pages, the website chat widget and each shared mailbox. Old threads stay where they were; new ones land here.
Decide who owns what
Set an owner per conversation by channel, tag or team, and decide who sees the team inbox and who sees only their own.
Write the replies you send weekly
Turn the answers your team types every week into snippets with personalisation fields, so a slash command drops them in.
Save the views people work from
Unassigned, waiting longest, my clients, mentions of me. Each person opens the view that is theirs and works it to empty.
Before and after one inbox
Five apps and a group chat
- Each channel answered from a different app
- Nobody knows who is already replying
- Customers repeat themselves to every colleague
- Old messages are impossible to find
One CRM omnichannel inbox
- Every channel answered from one screen
- Owners and internal comments show who has it
- Full history and deals beside every message
- One search across every channel and contact
Every minute spent switching between apps is a minute nobody is replying to a customer.
You do not have a communication problem. You have a tab problem.
The inbox is where the rest of the platform shows up
Conversations are only useful when they connect to what happens next. When an AI agent replies, its answer appears in the same thread your team reads.
Built for four kinds of business, equally
The same inbox, set up around the conversations each kind of business has.
Agencies
Agencies keep every client conversation on email, WhatsApp and SMS in one place, so account managers stop missing things.
Consultants
Consultants see a prospect's whole back-and-forth on every channel before the discovery call, not just the last email.
Mortgage brokers
Brokers get enquiries from calls, web chat and email in one inbox, with the client's case history visible as they reply.
Real estate
Agents thread a buyer's DM, email and text into one view and book the viewing without asking them to repeat themselves.

What clients say
Great service that has significantly increased efficiency across our B2B portfolio.
Thrilled with the outstanding sales and marketing expertise, as well as the exceptional support and availability provided to 3SA Estate. I can warmly recommend working with the Lp team.
This is something new and riveting. Focus is on the user and not the technology. This solution is future-proof and it will only get better with time. Highly recommend.
Great experience working with Christian and his team, we use Lp for several of our portfolio companies.

Questions buyers ask
What is a unified inbox?
A single inbox that pulls every inbound and outbound conversation (SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, web chat, calls and voicemail) into one organised view. There is one thread per customer, however many channels they use. Because it sits on the CRM record, this is CRM omnichannel messaging rather than another app to check.
Can my whole team use the same inbox?
Yes. Conversations are assigned to an owner, internal comments let colleagues work inside a thread without the customer seeing, and access settings decide who sees the team inbox and who sees only their own threads.
Can I make and receive phone calls from inside the inbox?
Yes. Inbound calls ring in the app, outbound calls dial with one click, calls can be recorded and transcribed, and voicemails turn into text threads.
Do we lose our old email and message history?
Past threads stay in the tools they were in. The inbox collects conversations from the day each channel is connected, and contacts you import keep their notes and fields, so the record starts full even if old threads do not move.
Is this handled inside GDPR rules?
Conversations are logged and archived on the contact record, and a contact's data can be exported or deleted on request. We go through how your data is handled during onboarding, before any channel is connected.
How is this different from conversational AI?
The unified inbox is the human team's view of every conversation. Conversational AI is the assistant that can reply for you inside the same inbox. Most businesses run both: AI handles the volume, people handle the conversations that matter.
Who is the unified inbox not for?
A business where one person answers one channel does not need it yet. It earns its place when two or more people answer customers, or when customers reach you on three or more channels.
How do I get started?
Book a strategy call. We map every channel you use today and where messages are being lost, then connect your channels and set up owners, comments, snippets and reply-time views with you inside the 30 hours of onboarding, so the inbox matches how your team already works.
See where your messages are getting lost
Bring a list of the apps your team answers customers from today. We will map them on the call and show you what one inbox would change.

Thank you. Your request is in.

Stop juggling tabs. Start running one inbox.
The unified inbox replaces a stack of apps with one screen, and gives every conversation the context, speed and team coordination it needed all along.
