Pricing
CRM pricing without tiers or seats: one licence of €7,512 a year, every feature available with no tiers and unlimited users, with 30 hours of onboarding included. Implementation beyond those hours and custom builds are quoted to scope, and usage is billed as you use it, at the rates on this page.
€626 a month equivalent, billed as one annual licence- CRM and contacts
- Websites and funnels
- Appointment booking
- Social scheduling
- Reputation management
- Workflow automation
- Reporting and dashboards
One price for the platform, and nothing hidden behind it
Most CRM pricing starts low and climbs: a cheap first tier, then the features you need on the next tier, then a charge for every extra seat. That model punishes exactly the companies we work with, where 20 or 60 people need access and the automation is the point.
Our CRM pricing has three parts, each stated up front: the licence, implementation if you need more than the included hours, and usage billed at the published rates. You can work out the full first-year cost before you sign anything.
One licence. No tiers.
No seats to count.
Usage as you go.

CRM and contact management, website and funnel builder, appointment booking, social scheduling, reputation management, workflow automation, and reporting and dashboards are included in the licence. Messages, calls, phone numbers and the work AI does are billed as usage. A few features carry their own fee on top of the licence: WhatsApp (a monthly fee plus messages), local listings sync (a monthly fee per location), premium workflow steps such as webhooks (per run) and AI usage. Every rate is in the table below.

Usage is billed as you use it, at the rates below, with no minimum and no commitment. Rates are in euros; carriers set different prices by country, so messages and calls are listed per market. Every rate, by country, is on usage and add-ons; AI is on AI usage costs.
Your current tools against one licence
Most companies pay for eight to twelve tools that this licence replaces. Add up yours.
Based on the figures you entered
This is your own arithmetic on the figures you entered, not a result levelpartner.ai has produced for anyone.
How this is calculated
current = sum of monthly tool costs × 12
platform = €7,512 licence + (emails × €0.0009 + SMS × €0.010 + minutes × €0.022) × 12
difference = current − platform
Tool prices are yours, in the currency you pick; our euro prices are converted to it so the two compare directly. Implementation beyond the 30 included hours is separate; see the migration calculator on the CRM implementation page.
Worked example. Eight tools at 100 a month each cost 9,600 a year. The licence plus 10,000 emails and 1,000 SMS a month comes to about 7,730, so the stack costs roughly 1,870 more a year.
How a build is priced, step by step
Nothing is billed beyond the licence until you have seen the scope and approved it.
Strategy call
Forty-five minutes on what you run today, where enquiries leak and what the platform should replace first.
Written scope
A plan of what gets built, in what order, and how many hours it takes. Most full builds land at 30 to 60 hours.
Build and migrate
The first 30 hours come with the licence. Any hours beyond them are €85 each, and only after you approve the estimate.
Live and reviewed
Most clients are live in two to four weeks, with a check-in 30 days after launch to fix what real use has shown.
How this compares with per-seat CRM pricing
Tiered, per-seat pricing
- A low entry price that rises with every tier
- Every extra user is another seat to pay for
- Automation and AI kept for the top tiers
- Messaging tools bought and billed separately
One licence
- One price for the whole platform
- Unlimited users and contacts
- Workflows and AI agents on the same licence, no higher tier
- SMS, email, calls, WhatsApp and AI on the same bill, at published rates
For a team of 20, a per-seat CRM bill grows with every hire. The licence does not.

The questions that decide what a CRM really costs
How many people need access?
Per-seat pricing multiplies by headcount. Count everyone who answers enquiries, books meetings or reads reports, not just sales.
Which tier holds the automation?
Workflows, AI agents and reporting are often kept for the top tier. Here they are part of the one licence.
Where does messaging get billed?
SMS, email and calling usually come from separate tools. Here they sit on the same bill, at the rates on this page.
What does moving cost?
Migration is part of the build: it comes out of the included hours, and anything beyond is scoped first.

Questions buyers ask
How much does a CRM cost per month?
Here, the licence is €7,512 a year, which is €626 a month, with every feature available, no tiers and unlimited users. Usage is billed on top at published rates. Per-seat CRMs vary widely by tier and team size; see our CRM comparison for sourced prices.
Are there per-user fees?
No. The licence covers unlimited users and unlimited contacts. Adding a new hire or a part-time assistant costs nothing.
What does implementation cost?
The licence includes 30 hours of onboarding. Beyond that, implementation is €85 an hour, scoped and approved before any hours are billed. A typical full build lands at 30 to 60 hours.
What is billed as usage?
What moves with volume: email, SMS, calls and phone numbers, WhatsApp (a monthly fee plus messages), premium workflow steps such as webhooks (per run), local listings sync (a monthly fee per location) and the work AI does (chat replies, voice AI minutes, AI content). Email is €0.0009 per email and SMS starts at €0.010 per segment; every rate, by country, is on the usage page. There is no minimum.
What is a custom build, and how is it different from onboarding?
Onboarding sets the platform up around how you work. A custom build goes beyond the main offer, for example connecting other tools, infrastructure or AI tools. Custom builds are quoted to scope before any work starts.
Does moving our data from the old CRM cost extra?
Migration is part of the build. It comes out of the 30 included hours, and if your data needs more work than that, the extra hours are scoped and approved first.
Do we pay more to use more of the platform?
No tier changes. Every feature is available on the licence from day one, so starting with booking and follow-up and adding payments or courses later does not change the licence price. What moves with use is usage, including the features with their own fee: WhatsApp, local listings sync, premium workflow steps and AI.
How long until we are live?
Two to four weeks for most clients, including the audit, the build and training.
