Cookie Policy
Effective Date: 10 September 2026
1. What is a Cookie?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be recalled by a web server in the domain that placed the cookie. We use cookies and similar technologies for storing and honoring your preferences and settings, enabling you to sign in, providing interest-based advertising, combating fraud, analyzing how our products perform, and fulfilling other legitimate purposes.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
The table below is generated live by our consent partner Cookiebot and lists every cookie this website sets, its purpose, category and lifetime.
Affiliate referral cookie
If you arrive at this website through an affiliate referral link, we set a cookie and a matching local storage entry named lp_ref. It records which affiliate referred you so that any resulting commission can be attributed correctly. It is a marketing cookie with a 90-day lifetime. Where marketing consent is required it is only set if you give that consent. Where marketing operates on an opt-out basis it is set on arrival and is removed if you opt out.
This cookie does not appear in the automated table above because it is only set when you arrive through a referral link, which our cookie scanner does not do.
Advertising and measurement technologies
We run advertising and measurement technologies from Google and Meta. These are loaded through Google Tag Manager and set or read cookies and similar identifiers on your device, including Meta's _fbp identifier and Google's advertising identifiers. They appear in the Marketing category of the table above. Whether they require your consent first, or run on arrival until you opt out, depends on where you are; the Privacy Policy explains which applies to you.
Some measurement events are also sent from our own systems directly to Google and Meta rather than from your browser. Because that sending uses identifiers already stored on your device, the same consent or opt-out governs it. Refusing, withdrawing or opting out stops both the browser-side and the server-side sending.
What these technologies send, and how long advertising audiences last, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
3. How to Control Cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using our consent manager. Click the button below to open your privacy settings and adjust your choices.
Update Cookie Preferences4. Cookies Set by Third Parties
Some content and functionality on this website is provided by third parties, which may set their own cookies or similar identifiers. Those currently doing so are Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (advertising measurement), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (security and performance), hCaptcha by Intuition Machines (bot prevention), LeadConnector and GoHighLevel (forms, scheduling and chat), and YouTube (embedded video). Each appears in the table above with its purpose and lifetime, and each is described in our Privacy Policy and at levelpartner.ai/sub-processors.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its Swiss-US and UK Extensions where the recipient is certified under them, and on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where UK law applies.
5. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our business operations. We will notify you of any significant changes.
