Sub-processors
Effective Date: 10 September 2026
Version: 10 September 2026
levelpartner.ai is operated by JSMN EQT LLC. When we act as a processor for a client, the providers below process personal data on our behalf. This page lists them, and the sub-processors they in turn rely on, so that a client's compliance team has ready access to the full chain without having to ask.
If you are a client and need the data processing agreement itself, you can get a copy signed by both parties at levelpartner.ai/dpa.
How we notify you of changes
We give notice without undue delay after we become aware of a change to this list. You may object on reasonable data-protection grounds, and we will either propose an alternative or allow you to terminate the affected service without penalty. To receive these notices, email privacy@levelpartner.ai.

We have a signed data processing agreement in place with each provider that processes personal data on our behalf.
Google and Meta are different. For advertising and measurement data they decide some purposes of the processing themselves, so our relationship with them is not a processor relationship and is not governed by a data processing agreement we sign. It is governed by their own published terms, incorporated into our use of their tools: for Meta, the Business Tools Terms, the Controller Addendum establishing joint controllership under Article 26 GDPR, and the European and UK Data Transfer Addenda; for Google, the Google Ads Data Processing Terms and Controller-Controller terms.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its Swiss-US and UK Extensions where the recipient is certified under them, and on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where UK law applies.
Advertising measurement is live. Events are sent to Meta both from the visitor's browser, through tags loaded via Google Tag Manager, and server-side from our own systems through the Meta Conversions API. Events are sent to Google from the visitor's browser only; we do not currently send data to Google server to server, and if we begin to, the same consent or opt-out will govern it. Where a visitor has given us their details, events include hashed identifiers used for matching. What is sent, the consent or opt-out that governs it, and how long advertising audiences last are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Clients may request a summary of these agreements, or review them under non-disclosure agreement through our procurement contact, by emailing privacy@levelpartner.ai. The security measures behind them are described at levelpartner.ai/security.
Our AI providers do not train their models on data submitted through their APIs.
