Terms of Service

Effective Date: 26 October 2026

1. Services

JSMN EQT LLC ("we", "us", "our") provides B2B services including the levelpartner.ai platform licence, AI Employee plans, Lp Growth Plans (Essentials and Performance), AI Sales Coach, AI Back Office, implementation and custom builds, and the Partner Programme. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Partner Programme (affiliates)

Partner Programme. Businesses and individuals who join the levelpartner.ai Partner Programme (affiliates and partners) do so under the Partner Programme Agreement published at www.levelpartner.ai/partner-agreement, which forms part of these terms for them. If these terms and the Partner Programme Agreement conflict on a Programme matter, the Partner Programme Agreement applies. Affiliates are independent contractors. They are not employees or official representatives of levelpartner.ai and cannot bind us, set prices or make commitments on our behalf.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

Our services are exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) use. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these terms.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

Fees are stated exclusive of VAT or applicable taxes. Payment is required upfront for the relevant billing cycle (monthly, annual, or one-time). We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is more than 7 days late.

5. Refund Policy

• AI Sales Coach: Non-refundable once onboarding begins.
• AI Back Office: Setup fees are non-refundable once implementation begins. Pass-through usage fees are non-refundable.
• Partner Programme joining fee. The €17 joining fee is non-refundable, except where we reject an application, in which case we refund it in full.

6. Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions require 30 days written notice to cancel. Annual subscriptions are non-cancellable during the term but will not auto-renew if 30 days written notice is provided prior to renewal.

Platform licence. The platform licence (€7,512 a year) is paid annually in advance. It cannot be cancelled during the annual term. It will not auto-renew if you give us 30 days' written notice before renewal.

AI Employee plans. AI Employee Starter (also sold as Growth Plans Essentials), AI Employee Unlimited and AI Employee Full done for you start with 14 days free. We take a card at sign-up and charge it for the first time on day 15. You can cancel at any time before day 15 in your account or by emailing support@levelpartner.ai, and you will not be charged. After that, Starter and Unlimited are monthly subscriptions that need 30 days' written notice to cancel. Full done for you is a 12-month partnership that starts on day 15 and is billed monthly. Usage (for example calls, texts, emails and AI actions) is billed on top at our published rates.

7. Performance & Guarantees

We do not sell performance guarantees. Results depend on your data, your team and your market.

8. Intellectual Property

All SOPs, templates, scripts, and systems provided by us remain the intellectual property of JSMN EQT LLC. Clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use these materials for their own internal business purposes during the active term.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and TCPA. You will not use our systems to send spam or unsolicited communications.

Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement governs that processing in addition to these terms. You can get a copy signed by both parties at levelpartner.ai/dpa.
