Every feature is available on one licence, so there are no feature tiers to buy. What moves with volume is usage, billed as you use it with no minimum. WhatsApp, local listings sync (per location) and premium workflow steps (per run) carry their own fee, and a few extras are optional.

Usage is billed as you use it, at the rates below, with no minimum and no commitment. Rates are in euros; carriers set different prices by country, so messages and calls are listed per market.

Why usage is billed separately
Usage is the one cost that moves with volume. A business that sends a monthly newsletter and a business that texts every new lead within a minute use the same features but very different amounts of messaging. Billing it as it is used, with no minimum, means a quiet month costs less and nobody pays for capacity they did not use.

Four habits that keep usage in line
Send to the right list
Segment campaigns so email and SMS go to people who asked to hear from you. Smaller, relevant sends cost less and perform better.
Use email before text
Email costs €0.0009 a message, a fraction of an SMS. Where a message does not need to land on a phone, send it by email.
Review usage monthly
Usage appears on your bill line by line, so a workflow that sends more than expected is easy to spot and adjust.
Release idle numbers
Phone numbers are billed per number per month. Release any number that no campaign or person still uses.
