Marketing reporting and attribution
Reporting that traces every enquiry from its first click to a booked call to a paid invoice, from one database. Unlike AI reporting tools bolted onto other systems, the numbers come from the same record your team works in, so marketing and sales stop arguing about whose figures are right.

You are spending money on channels you cannot rank
When turnover stalls, the first question is where to put the next pound or dollar. Most companies cannot answer it. Ad platforms report clicks, the CRM reports deals, the booking tool reports calls, and someone spends Friday afternoon stitching them into a spreadsheet that is out of date by Monday.
Reporting and attribution on the platform works the other way round. Because forms, calls, bookings, pipeline and invoices share one record, each won deal already knows which campaign produced it. AI reporting tools are only as good as the data under them; here the data is clean because it is written once, by the work itself.
Spend is judged by clicks, not revenue
Ad dashboards stop at the lead and never see the sale.
Reports are built by hand
Someone exports, pastes and reconciles every week.
Nobody trusts the pipeline number
Stale deals and duplicates make the total meaningless.
Sales and marketing see different figures
Every meeting starts with an argument about the data.
Numbers that stay right without a Friday clean-up
Clean data is a side effect of the work, not a task. The platform keeps records in step, flags what is stalled and delivers the same report every week.

What building reports by hand costs
Count the hours spent exporting, pasting and reconciling numbers into weekly and monthly reports. Put in your own figures.
Based on the figures you entered
This is your own arithmetic on the figures you entered, not a result levelpartner.ai has produced for anyone.
How this is calculated
weekly hours = people × hours each
annual cost = weekly hours × loaded hourly cost × 52
value returned = annual cost × the share you estimate could be automated
Every input is yours. The automatable share is an estimate, which is why the result is a range.
Worked example. Two people spending four hours a week each pulling numbers into a report at a loaded 35 an hour: 8 hours and about 14,560 a year. If 40 to 70 in 100 of those hours can be automated, that is 3 to 6 hours a week back.
CRM reporting, attribution and dashboards from one database
Every widget reads the same contacts, conversations, calls, bookings, deals and payments. These are the reports that come with the platform.
First and latest touch on every contact
Each contact keeps two sources: the session that first brought them in, which never changes, and the most recent one, which updates each time they act. Both record the channel, the campaign and ad tags, the click identifier and the page they converted on.
Lead tracking that follows the lead to the money
Sources are captured when someone submits a form or survey, books a meeting, leaves details in website chat or uses an order form. When the deal is won or the invoice paid, the revenue is credited back to that source, so lead tracking software ends at revenue, not at the enquiry.
A CRM dashboard you build in minutes
Drag widgets onto a dashboard: deal count and value by status, revenue over time, wins this month, lost deals by reason. Group by stage, owner, source or medium, filter by first or latest touch and any campaign tag, and switch each widget between a number, bar, line, donut or table.
Ad reporting tied to outcomes
Connect your Google and Facebook ad accounts and see spend beside the leads, booked calls and revenue each campaign produced. Marketing dashboard software that stops at clicks cannot tell you which campaign to cut; this one can.
Calls, bookings and conversations
Call reporting shows answered, missed and returned calls by number and campaign. Appointment reports show booked, showed and no-show. Conversation reports show how fast your team replies, so slow response is visible before it costs a deal.
Your own website, tracked too
A tracking script on a site built elsewhere records page views and captures standard HTML form submissions into the CRM with their source. Forms loaded inside an iframe or a third-party widget are not captured, so those are best rebuilt on the platform.
AI and automated reporting
AI steps label each enquiry by intent as it arrives, so reports split by what people actually asked for. Scheduled reports go to leadership by email every week, so the numbers arrive without anyone building them.
- First paid search ad, spring campaign
- Then two nurture emails opened
- Latest discovery call booked from the email link
- Won proposal accepted, deal closed
- Paid revenue credited to the first and latest touch
Five habits that keep attribution honest
Attribution is set up once and then protected. Most broken reports come from one of these, not from the software.
Tag every paid link the same way
Campaign tags are case-sensitive. "Spring" and "spring" are two campaigns in the report, and a stray space splits them again. Agree one naming list and use the platform's link templates for your ad accounts.
Convert on the landing page
Tags are read on the page where the form is submitted. Send ad traffic to the page with the form on it, not to a page that links to another.
Keep one record per person
Duplicate rules by email or phone mean a returning lead updates their latest touch instead of becoming a second contact with no history.
Decide which date a report uses
Created date, last updated or status change answer different questions. Pick one per dashboard and say so in its title.
Expect gaps in organic keywords
Search engines hide most search terms, so organic search shows as a source without the keyword. Use your search console for terms.
Spreadsheet reporting compared with reporting on the platform
Stitched together by hand
- Ad platforms report clicks, not sales
- Numbers exported and pasted every week
- Duplicates and stale deals inflate the pipeline
- Each team brings its own figures
Reported from one database
- Every won deal traced to its campaign
- Dashboards update as the work happens
- Records kept clean by rule
- One set of numbers for everyone
The report is not cleverer. It is built from data that was right in the first place.
If nobody trusts the report, every decision is made on instinct.
Reporting reads every part of the platform
The reports are only as good as what feeds them. These features write the data reporting reads most.
Built for four kinds of business, equally
The same reporting, with the numbers each business actually runs on.
Agencies
Agencies see which channel brings retainers, not just leads, and report results to clients without a spreadsheet.
Consultants
Consultants see which talks, referrals and posts turn into paid engagements, and where proposals stall.
Mortgage brokers
Brokers track every case from enquiry to completion by source, introducer and adviser, in one view.
Real estate
Agents see which portals and campaigns produce valuations, viewings and instructions, not just enquiries.
One licence, no tiers
Every feature is available on one licence, with no tiers to climb and no per-seat fees. Usage is billed as used, including WhatsApp, premium workflow steps, local listings sync and AI; implementation and custom work are priced separately and agreed before any work starts.

Questions buyers ask
What are AI reporting tools, and how is this different?
AI reporting tools read data from other systems and summarise it. Their answers are only as good as that data. Here the reports, the AI labelling and the data share one database, so the numbers are complete and consistent before anything is summarised.
Which attribution model does it use?
Each contact keeps its first touch and its latest touch, and reports can credit revenue to either. That answers the two questions most companies actually ask: what brings people in, and what makes them act. It is not a weighted model that splits credit across every touch in between.
Can I see which ad campaign produced revenue?
Yes. Connect your ad accounts and tag your links, and each lead carries its campaign and ad. When the deal is won or the invoice paid, the revenue appears against that campaign beside its spend.
Why does a lead show no source?
Usually because the link had no campaign tags, the tags were spelt differently from the template, or the visitor moved to another page before submitting the form. Contacts added by hand or imported from a list are given their own source so they never pose as marketing.
Does it replace our web analytics?
No. Keep your web analytics for traffic, pages and search terms. This answers the question analytics cannot: which of those visits became a customer and what they paid.
Can reports be sent automatically?
Yes. Dashboards can be scheduled to arrive by email every week or month, so leadership gets the same numbers without anyone building them.
Is reporting included in the licence?
Yes. Reporting and dashboards are part of the platform licence at no usage charge.
